Jim O’Shea – RIP

Waterford FC would like to express our deepest and heartfelt sympathies to the family of Jim O’Shea – father of Republic of Ireland defender John, who died today.

Jim was a man that had a great passion for soccer locally in Waterford especially with his own club Ferrybank where his work for the club couldn’t be really put into words.

He was also a supporter of the Blues throughout the years and attended many games. To his wife Mary, sons Alan and John, extended family and friends, we offer our deepest sympathy.
