Waterford FC is delighted to welcome St. Patrick’s Boys AFC to our Club Partnership Programme. St Patrick’s Boys were founded in 1975 and are based in Graiguecullen just outside Carlow town. The club have developed excellent facilities in their complex and are a very strong community based club. St Patrick’s have a large playing membership with boys, girls and mens teams all active in the Carlow and District League.
The club has been making great strides at underage level over recent years and also host many FAI Development Programmes within their complex.
Welcoming St. Patrick’s Boys AFC into the Club Partnership Programme, Waterford FC Director of Football Pat Fenlon commented:
“We are delighted to welcome St Patrick’s Boys AFC into our new club partnership programme. Whilst Carlow is a small county, there is a great interest in football there and St. Patrick’s have really developed as a community club within their area and we are delighted to have a link to the Carlow region.”
