Waterford FC can confirm that defenders Robin Dempsey and Gary Delaney have both left the club on Deadline Day by mutual consent.
After joining the Blues from Wexford side North End United at the start of the 2017 season, Dempsey made 11 appearances for the club in the SSE Airtricity League First Division and made his most recent appearance in a 2-1 success over Wexford FC at the RSC earlier this month.
Wexford native Gary Delaney has also parted company with the Blues after appearing four times in the League and a further three times in the EA SPORTS Cup where he found the net against his hometown club, Wexford FC, in a 5-0 success in the first round.
