Waterford FC can confirm that Faysel Kasmi has joined Beerschot Wilrijk.
The tricky midfielder, who joined the Blues at the start of the season and went on to make 12 appearances, joins the Belgian side for an undisclosed fee.
Of the move, Kasmi was quick to thank the Blues fans:
“I would like to thank all of you from the bottom of my heart. Your support has made me feel welcome from start to finish. It has been an honour to play for Waterford.”
Blues boss Alan Reynolds said:
“He’s been great to have around, on and off the pitch, and he’s been brilliant in the dressing room since he’s got here. We wish him all the best.”
The club thanks Faysel for his effort during his time at the Blues and wish him the very best of luck.
