Waterford FC is delighted to announce the signing of Jack Stafford
The young centre-back joins the Blues having previously come through the Exeter City academy. Jack has also been known to play on left and should give Sheedy additional options.
Speaking to WaterfordFC.ie Jack said:
“Enjoying being back to full-time football. Looking forward to a good season. Pre-season involves a lot of running but I am enjoying it. Getting my legs going again and to be fair, pain is a good thing. It’s something you have to get through.
“Made a few friends here already, there’s a great attitude around the place. It’s an environment where people pushing you will make you a better player. Working harder for each other, it’s good.
“I’m a technical player, like playing forward and being on the ball. I like a good challenge as well.
