We’ve put together some frequently asked questions to help with supporters queries regarding 2024 season tickets.
How much are 2024 season tickets?
Season tickets are on sale at an early-bird rate from Monday November 20th (For 2023 Season Ticket Holders) & Monday 27th November (All supporters) until Saturday 23rd December. Standard pricing will be in place from 24th December.

I had a 2023 Season Ticket; How can I purchase a 2024 Season Ticket?
Supporters who had a season ticket in 2023 have first priority to retain their seat for the 2024 season from 9am Monday 20th November until 5pm Saturday 25th November.
A link will be emailed to 2023 supporters to purchase online, or can do so in person at our Club Shop located at Kingsmeadow Retail Park (Open 9am-6pm Monday to Friday & 9am-5pm Saturday).
I had a 2023 Season Ticket; Can I pick a different seat for 2024?
Supporters who had a season ticket in 2023 but want to change seat must wait until Monday 27th November to purchase a different seat when season tickets become available to all supporters.
I never bought a season ticket before; Can I buy one for 2024?
Of course! If you are not a season ticket holder from 2023, season tickets will be on general sale on Monday 27th November at 10am at an early-bird rate.
My e-ticket never arrived in my emails?
When purchasing, you will receive two emails from our ticketing system:
- Email one is a receipt for your purchase.
- Email two will have your match ticket(s)
If purchasing for another person, please ensure you forward on the correct email with the ticket(s) attached.
Do I have to update my details online?
Yes, when logging into your ticketing system account, you will be asked to update your details for all correct information to be printed on your 2024 season ticket.
If I bought a season ticket online, how do I collect it?
After purchasing a season ticket online, you must come into our club shop at Kingsmeadow Retail Park where our club staff will have your season ticket printed for you.
Can I buy a season ticket on the night of a match?
Season tickets can be purchased via our online ticketing system, however the physical season ticket may need to be posted/collected at a later date.
Do I need to activate my season ticket?
There is no activation needed, your season ticket is already active. You need to create a login which stores your information, the same as any other system.
Can I change my seat during the season?
Allocated seats cannot be changed on matchday. Please contact our ticket office on email@example.com and we will gladly support you ahead of our next game.
I misplaced my season ticket, what do I do?
Contact our ticket office on firstname.lastname@example.org.
The details on my card are rubbing off, what next?
– Come into our club shop during our opening times and a new card will be printed.
– Contact our ticket office on email@example.com and a member of our team will be in touch to rectify.
I have received multiple tickets, what do I do?
– Our ticketing system will cancel the duplicate tickets automatically.
– To avoid this, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org outlining the ticket you wish to keep and the ticket you wish to remove.
Another fan is sitting in my seat by mistake.
Should another fan be in your seat, please approach a steward with your season ticket and we will be happy to help.
