We’ve put together some frequently asked questions to help with supporters queries regarding 2025 season tickets.
How much are 2025 season tickets?
Season tickets are on sale at an early-bird rate from 10am on Wednesday November 6th (For 2024 Season Ticket Holders) & Monday 25th November (All supporters). Standard pricing will come into effect from Thursday 2nd January.

Which games can I attend?
Waterford FC Season Ticket Holders will have their chosen seat reserved for all home league fixtures in the 2025 SSE Airtricity Men’s Premier Division season. Cup fixtures are not included in this; however, season ticket holders will be given priority in any restricted capacity fixture & cup games.
I had a 2024 Season Ticket; How can I purchase a 2025 Season Ticket?
Supporters who had a season ticket in 2024 have first priority to retain their seat for the 2025 season from 10am Monday 6th November until 5pm Sunday 24th November.
Your 2025 Waterford FC Season Ticket will be available in your basket in your Ticketmaster account when you log-in from 10am on Wednesday 6th November, or you can call in-store and purchase yours in person at Club Shop located at Kingsmeadow Retail Park.
I had a 2024 Season Ticket; Can I pick a different seat for 2025?
Supporters with a 2024 season ticket but looking to change their seat for 2025 can do so subject to availability of seat.
I never bought a season ticket before; Can I buy one for 2025?
Of course! If you are not a season ticket holder from 2024, season tickets will be on general sale on Monday 25th November at 10am at an early-bird rate.
My e-ticket never arrived in my emails?
When purchasing, you will receive two emails from our ticketing system:
Email one is a receipt for your purchase.
Email two will have your match ticket(s)
If purchasing for another person, please ensure you forward on the correct email with the ticket(s) attached.
Should it not arrive, you can contact our ticketing office at tickets@waterfordfc.ie.
Do I have to update my details online?
Yes, when logging into your Ticketmaster account, you will be asked to update your details for all correct information to be printed on your 2025 season ticket.
If I bought a season ticket online, how do I collect it?
After purchasing a season ticket online, you must come into our club shop at Kingsmeadow Retail Park where our club staff will have your season ticket printed for you.
Will my season ticket be printed on the day I buy it?
No, due to demand of our season tickets, we are unable to print your season ticket on the spot. Instead, once your season ticket is printed, a member of our staff will contact you when it is ready for collection in-store.
Can I buy a season ticket on the night of a match?
Season tickets can be purchased via our online ticketing system, however the physical season ticket may need to be posted/collected at a later date.
Do I need to activate my season ticket?
There is no activation needed, your season ticket is already active. You need to create a login which stores your information, the same as any other system.
Can I change my seat during the season?
Allocated seats cannot be changed on matchday. Please contact our ticket office on tickets@waterfordfc.ie and we will gladly support you ahead of our next game.
I misplaced my season ticket, what do I do?
Should you mis-place or lose your Waterford FC season ticket, you can get a new card printed off in our club shop at Kingsmeadow Retail Park, where there will be a printing fee of €5.
The details on my card are rubbing off, what next?
Two options:
– Come into our club shop during our opening times and a new card will be printed for €5
– Contact our ticket office on tickets@waterfordfc.ie and a member of our team will be in touch to rectify.
I have received multiple tickets, what do I do?
– Our ticketing system will cancel the duplicate tickets automatically.
– To avoid this, please contact us on tickets@waterfordfc.ie outlining the ticket you wish to keep and the ticket you wish to remove.
Another fan is sitting in my seat by mistake.
Should another fan be in your seat, please approach a steward with your season ticket and we will be happy to help.
