Waterford FC are excited to announce a multi-year partnership with PUMA to become the Club’s official kit partner.

Along with PUMA providing the Blues with bespoke home, away & third kits for 2025, a brand-new retail range will also be landing into the shop this winter.

This new partnership will also see our Waterford FC Academy kitted out in the latest PUMA range for 2025, in what is a first for Waterford FC to partner with the well-known kit manufacturing company.

Our PUMA leisurewear range will be on sale prior to Christmas, with our launch date to be announced this coming Wednesday (4th December) at 7pm.

The multinational company, which started its trade in Germany more than 70 years ago, have constantly been at the front of innovating the world of sport, and still looks to push the boundaries to this day whether that be in their athletic or casual footwear, apparel, or accessories – and now find themselves as the third largest sportswear manufacturer in the world.

Our PUMA range will be supplied to us by Teamwear Ireland, one of Ireland’s leading teamwear suppliers who deal with some of the world’s best brands. Teamwear Ireland specialise in supplying high quality clothing & equipment through the use of cutting-edge designs & new garment technologies, as well as their highly experienced staff on the ground to provide excellent customer service.

Group CEO Steve Curwood said:

“We are delighted to agree a long-term deal with such a world renowned company who stepped-in at incredibly short notice. We were disappointed to find out two weeks ago that our previous partner would not be able to service us for the coming season – a situation which left us potentially without match kit and leisure wear for the coming season.

PUMA are a brand who service some of the World’s biggest football clubs and whom we have been working with in other areas of the football group for a number of years. We are exciting to release the new ranges of leisure wear and match kits for the coming season in the Premier Division.”

Puma Sales Manager Jamie Hall commented on the partnership, saying:

“We are extremely delighted to welcome Waterford FC to the PUMA Family, a club firmly at the heart of the local community. It gives PUMA the opportunity to reinforce its presence in Ireland and we look forward playing our part in this exciting next chapter in the Club’s history.”

Managing Director of Teamwear Ireland, Peter Cooke said:

“It’s an honour to work with Waterford FC and Puma. Our goal is to provide sportswear that not only looks great but also enhances performance, and we are confident that the Waterford FC community will love the new range. This multi-year partnership reflects our commitment to helping the club achieve success and providing fans with kits they can wear with pride. We look forward to seeing the team in Puma kits and supporting the club on their journey ahead.”
