It’s a quick turnaround for Jon Daly’s squad this Monday, as the Blues travel to Dalymount Park tomorrow for our Easter Monday clash against Bohemian FC, and we have everything you need to know ahead of kick-off.
Bohemian FC vs Waterford FC
SSE Airtricity Men’s Premier Division
Monday 6th April 2026
Dalymount Park, Dublin
5pm
WATERFORD FC
The Blues will look to build on Friday night’s important point at home to Shamrock Rovers, as they make the journey to Dublin tomorrow afternoon. After a tight opening 45-minutes where neither side could break the deadlock on Friday at the RSC, Pádraig Amond opened the scoring with 20 minutes remaining, cleverly turning home Jorgen Voilas’ flick-on beyond Ed McGinty, before the visitors picked up a point thanks to an 80th minute Graham Burke spot-kick.
This Monday’s game sees the Premier Division kick-off round 2 of their 2026 campaign, with the Blues falling to a narrow 1-0 defeat at the start of March to Alan Reynold’s side at the RSC as Sam Todd’s first-half goal proved the difference between the sides.
Jon Daly’s side will be full of confidence heading to the capital on Monday, with kick-off at the slightly earlier time of 5pm.

BOHEMIAN FC
Bohemians welcome the Blues to Dalymount Park on Monday looking to pick up their first win since the 13th March, having been held to three consecutive draws against Shelbourne (0-0), Dundalk (1-1) & most recently Drogheda United (0-0) on Friday night.
Despite the drop in results, the Phibsborough outfit sit just a sole point behind new league leaders St. Patrick’s Athletic ahead of tomorrow’s clash, with 19 points acquired from their first round of fixtures in 2026.

WATERFORD FC TEAM NEWS
Jon Daly has no fresh injury concerns to deal with from Friday night, after assessing his squad in training over the weekend.
Stephen McMullan, Tommy Lonergan & Sam Glenfield all missed Friday’s game against Shamrock Rovers after picking up knocks whilst on international duty, with Cian Barrett is in contention to be involved on Monday having missed Friday’s game due to his loan agreement with his parent club.
Finlay Armstrong remains unavailable, as the left-sided full-back continues his recovery from injury.
JON DALY’S THOUGHTS
“We’re excited to make the trip to Dalymount Park and take on Bohemians this Monday evening. After a strong performance and a valuable point against Shamrock Rovers last Friday, we’re full of confidence and ready to build on that momentum.
It’s a great opportunity to test ourselves against a top Bohs side, and we’re looking forward to rising to the challenge. When we play at our best, we know we can go toe-to-toe with anyone in the division.”
