The League of Ireland have today confirmed that the Blues’ SSE Airtricity Men’s Premier Division clash away to Galway United FC will now take place on Saturday 25th July at 5pm in Pearse Stadium in Galway.
Originally scheduled to take place the night prior on 24th July in Eamonn Deacy Park, Graham Coughlan’s side will now travel to the home of Galway GAA to take on John Caulfield’s side for our first ever trip to the 26,000 capacity stadium, which is located less than 5km away from Galway United’s permanent home of Eamonn Deacy Park which is currently undergoing pitch renovations.
Tickets for the Blues trip to Galway will be announced in due course.
