Waterford FC can confirm that goalkeeper Jason Healy has departed the club & signed for H&W Welders in the NIFL Championship.
Jason, who spent eight years with his hometown club, departs having joined the club in 2023. Healy joined the club at U13 level in 2018, progressing through the academy set up at the club – playing at every group, before becoming a regular squad member of our first team in recent seasons.
The former Republic of Ireland underage international made his competitive debut away to Galway United in 2023, shortly after earning his first professional contract with the club.
