After an impressive win in Richmond Park on Friday night, attention returns to the Club Orange Men’s FAI Cup this Friday at the Quarter-Final stage as the Blues host Sligo Rovers at the RSC for our fourth round showdown.
For the first time since 2022, the Blues have reached the quarter-final of the domestic cup competition having defeated Cobh Ramblers & Athlone Town both by 2-1 scorelines at the RSC in the second & third round respectively in recent weeks.
The Blues are aiming for a first appearance at the Aviva Stadium, and a first cup final appearance since a 2004 defeat against Longford Town at the old Landsdowne Road, and will get one step closer with a win this Friday night.
Tickets continue to sell well ahead of the clash against Sligo, in what will be our fifth and final meeting between the sides in 2026, with the Blues earning a scoreless draw away to the Bit O’Red at The Showgrounds just over a week ago.
