“I’m really happy to be here. I’m looking forward to get started and playing in front of the fans already.
“I can’t wait to get on the pitch and work with Keith [Long] and the staff to push for a successful end to the season.
“I’m looking to break into the team straight away to try to help get the club promoted.”
Speaking to WaterfordFC.ie, Head Coach Keith Long said:
“I want to welcome Rowan and we’re delighted he’s joined the club. He’s come through Manchester City’s youth system and we’re looking forward to working with him here.
“Rowan can play in a couple of different positions so he gives us lots of cover as we look ahead to a busy end to the season.”
