Waterford FC are set to play Cork City in a League of Ireland First Division match on Friday, and we have all you need to know ahead of kick-off.

With new owner Andy Pilley in the stands for tonight’s game, there’s plenty of things to look forward to before the match kicks off at 7:45pm.

At the Waterford FC Fans’ Forum on Wednesday night, Pilley announced that the Club had plans to open a new marquee prior to the match to allow fans to get down early, meet up with friends and families and enjoy a pint whilst listening to live music.

The marquee – situation to the right of the main stand (looking from the main entrance) – will open at 5pm. With a capacity of 400 (200 inside and 200 outside), this will come at a first-come-first-served basis so get down early to avoid disappointment.

Club staff have also been busy placing 500 blue flags around the RSC. We want to make this a night to remember so when you get yours, make sure to wave and sing your heart out for the Blues.

If you haven’t already got your match tickets, the Club Shop will be open until 1pm if you want to get yours early, with the option to buy on the night still available for supporters. Buy your match tickets online HERE!

The Club car park will be open for you to park your car before and during the match. This will cost €5 per car so once the car park is full, it’s full!
