Waterford FC are thrilled to announce the signing of forward Connor Evans from Sky Bet League Two side Crewe Alexandra.
The highly-rated striker joins the Blues having spent three seasons at Crewe, where he also spent time on loan in the National League with Marine, Nantwich Town and Chester FC. The 20-year-old also has international experience, being capped with Wales at U18 level in 2021 against England.
Evans gives the Blues further attacking options alongside Padraig Amond & Gbemi Arubi, as the Blues look to start their League of Ireland Premier Division season on the front foot after picking up their first point of the season at home to Shelbourne last Friday.
