Waterford FC in the Community are delighted to re-launch their Walking Football programme at Butler Community Centre.
As part of our community initiatives, Waterford FC have re-launched their weekly Over-50s Walking Football programme in Butler Community Centre.
Taking place every Thursday at 11am until 12pm, our Over-50’s Walking Football is open to everyone keen on getting their football fix on a Thursday morning.
Along with the Walking Football, Waterford FC are grateful for the Blues Supporters Club, who have kindly sponsored refreshments for after each walking football session, where all participants can relax socially together.
Waterford FC Head of Community Colin Power is excited to have re-launched the Walking Football programme, commenting:
“It’s a great opportunity to play a game of football with a good group of people and have the social element afterwards, with refreshment’s kindly sponsored by the Blues Supporters Club”
