TUESDAY

ASD Football Friends

Our weekly ASD Football Friends training session takes place once again this Tuesday (8th October) in Ozier Park. With the programme open to every aged 6-16 on the autism spectrum, why not join us for an hour of fun & enjoyment!

THURSDAY

Walking Football

Our Walking Football group continues this Thursday (10th October) from 11am until 12pm.

With refreshments afterwards kindly donated by the Blues Supporters Club, why not join our group for an hour of (competitive!) football alongside likeminded Blues supporters.

Our Walking Football group is open to everyone aged over 50. To find out more or to get involved, contact Colin Power at community@waterfordfc.ie.

Pre-Match Media (Drogheda United FC – H)

Pre-match build up to Fridays SSE Airtricity Men’s Premier Division game against Drogheda United FC will be spread across our social media channels this Thursday.

Interviews with first-team players, along with quotes & team news from Keith Long will get Blues fans in the perfect mood ahead of the game on Friday evening.

Mental Health Awareness Launch

On World Mental Health Day, we are teaming up with Pieta House, Waterford & District Junior League & St. Dominic Credit Union to launch our Mental Health Awareness programme, which will see a Pieta House pitch side hoarding put in place at the RSC, along with other clubs grounds across the city & county.

FRIDAY

First-Team Fixture: Waterford FC vs Drogheda United FC

Waterford welcome the now cup-finalists to the RSC this Friday looking to finish off the season in strong fashion as we enter the final weeks of the 2024 SSE Airtricity Men’s Premier Division season.

Kick-off is at 7:45pm this Friday at the RSC (11th October), with tickets on sale HERE.

SATURDAY

Academy Fixtures – MU20 , WU17 & MU15

A full set of academy fixtures taking place this Saturday, with our MU20, WU17 & MU15 sides all in league action.

Our MU20’s travel to Dublin to take on Bohemians in their MU20 Tier One tie at 4:30pm, while our MU15’s travel to Mounthawk Park in Tralee to take on Kerry FC in their MU15 League Phase 2 at the earlier time of 1pm.

Our WU17’s are our only side in action at home this weekend, taking on Wexford FC at SETU Arena at 2pm in their WU17 Tier Two meeting.

SUNDAY

Academy Fixtures – WU19, MU17 & MU14

Three away fixtures happening this Sunday, as our WU19, MU17 & MU14s are all in action on the road.

Our WU19 side are league action away to Cobh Ramblers FC in Stephen Ireland astro at 3pm, whilst our MU17s travel to Athenry to take on Galway United in their MU17 league meeting (2pm).

Our MU14s finish off the action for the week, travelling to Bray on Sunday to face Bray Wanderers FC in their Group A Phase 2 meeting, in a 12pm kick-off.
