Five of our academy sides were in action over the last two days, with details on how they each got on available below!
SATURDAY
MU20 – Bohemian FC 2-2 Waterford FC
Our MU20s picked up a point on the road against Bohemian FC in Dublin on Saturday afternoon in their MU20 league clash.
Shane O’Sullivan put the Blues into the lead after 15 minutes, before Calum Costello doubled our lead ten minutes into the second-half.
The hosts scored twice in the final twenty minutes to share the points between the sides.

WU17 – Waterford FC 3-2 Wexford FC
Our WU17s had an impressive win at home to Wexford FC on Saturday afternoon in SETU Arena, coming out on top of a five-goal thriller.
Issy Walsh put the Blues into the lead early on, before the visitors equalised moments later.
Meadbh Doherty & Sarah Abullo netted two quick-fire goals before half-time to give us a strong lead, before the visitors pulled one back late on.
This result leaves our girls occupying third place in the league table, with 17 points to their name from 9 games.

MU15 – Kerry FC 1-3 Waterford FC
Our MU15s maintained their second-place in their MU15 league with a dominant 3-1 victory away to Kerry FC at Mounthawk Park in Tralee on Saturday afternoon.
After falling behind early on, Callum Slattery levelled proceedings on the hour-mark, before a double from Bobby Keohan secured the points for our Blues.
SUNDAY
WU19 – Cobh Ramblers FC 1-6 Waterford FC
Our WU19s had a strong six-one win away to Cobh Ramblers FC on Sunday afternoon in their WU19 league meeting.
The hosts opened the scoring after just two minutes, before Nancy Edogiawerie levelled the score just minutes later.
Fiana Bradley & Jess Lawler both netted a brace each, with Catheranne Fitzgerald also getting on the scoresheet, as the Blues picked up another impressive set of three points.

MU17 – Galway United FC 7-1 Waterford FC
Our MU17s fell to a disappointing defeat away to a strong Galway United FC on Sunday afternoon. Despite the result, the Blues sit in second-place in the MU17 league table heading into the remaining rounds of fixtures over the coming weeks.

MU14 – Bray Wanderers FC 2-1 Waterford FC
Our MU14s also suffered defeat on the road on Sunday, as they came out on the wrong side of a two-one scoreline away to Bray Wanderers.
After falling behind after 24 minutes, Kealan Brennan levelled proceedings after 46 minutes for the Blues, before the hosts scored the decider with 15 minutes remaining.
