The Blues return home for the first time in 2025 this evening, as we welcome Bandon AFC to the RSC for our Munster Senior Cup 3rd round tie, with kick-off set for the slightly earlier time of 7:30pm.
We kick-off our competitive season with the visit of Munster Senior League side Bandon AFC to the RSC tonight in our Munster Senior Cup 3rd round clash.
After defeating 3 Munster Senior League sides on our way to be crowned champions of the 2024 edition, the Blues will hope tonight is the start of another success campaign, as we aim to pick up our 17th Munster Senior Cup title in our club history.
Tonight’s game is the 3rd round (last-16) of the competition, where the Munster League of Ireland sides all enter the action, joining eleven Munster Senior League sides in the cup.
Last season, the Blues faced Douglas Hall (2-0), Wilton United (2-0) & Rockmount AFC (3-0) in the earlier rounds, before defeating Kerry FC 2-1 in the final at Turners Cross last June to pick up the silverware.
The winner of tonight’s game will have their name in the quarter-final stage of this years competition, with the draw to be made at a later date. The game will be decided tonight, with extra-time & penalties to be played if required. Extra-time will be two 10-minute halves, in line Munster FA rules.

Note: All 2025 Season Ticket Holders can avail of free entry to tonight’s game by bringing their physical season ticket card with them and showing it at the turnstiles upon entry.
