The League of Ireland have confirmed a new kick-off time for the Blues’ final game of their 2025 SSE Airtricity Men’s Premier Division campaign when we host Galway United FC at the RSC on Saturday, 1st November.

As the Blues enter the final two months of the 2025 season, our final day game at home to Galway United FC at the RSC has now been confirmed with a 16:30 kick-off on Saturday 1st November to accommodate broadcasting on the final day of action.

Waterford have enjoyed their clashes against Galway United in 2025, with two wins out of three games against the Tribesmen – most recently an entertaining 4-2 win away from home at Eamonn Deacy Park which gave us our first win in Terryland in over 18 years.

The Blues defeated John Caulfield’s side 1-0 in John Coleman’s first game in charge of the club in our last meeting at the RSC back in May, as Darragh Leahy’s 27th-minute header proved the difference between the sides.

Galway will now make the return trip to the RSC on Saturday 1st November in our season finale.
