Update: Junior Quitirna

Waterford FC can confirm Junior Quitirna has left the club while he addresses ongoing visa issues.

The popular midfielder has joined Fleetwood Town and subsequently signed a short-term loan deal with National League side Altincham FC to ensure game time while the issue is resolved.

While the club are hugely disappointed Junior will not be available for the early part of the season, our relationship with sister club Fleetwood Town has allowed the Blues to facilitate a move back to his native U.K. while issues are resolved.

We are confident Junior will be able to return to the RSC in the future.
